Accident and emergency (A&E) services

The William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) is the nearest A&E to Wye. This facility is open for people of all ages, 24 hours. Kennington Road, Willesborough, Ashford, Kent, TN24 0LZ Tel. 01233 633331

Accident and emergency is for severe problems like broken bones, deep wounds and anything else that is threatening your life. If this is not what you need you can check the urgent treatment centre finder or use NHS 111.

Urgent Treatment Centres

You can go to an urgent treatment centre (UTC) if you need urgent medical attention, but the situation is not life-threatening. If this is not what you need you can check the A&E services finder or use NHS 111.

UTCs can diagnose and deal with most common accidents and illnesses for which people might previously have gone to a minor injuries unit or A&E. The Kent and Canterbury Hospital UTC is the nearest facility to Wye and it is open 24 hours a day.
