Wye Grows

Wye Grows is a project to take over the Bolts Hill allotments, north of Bridge Street. Currently Ashford Borough Council owns and lets these allotments, but wants to transfer the responsibility and costs to Wye Parish Council.

The current position is that the Parish Council is waiting for Ashford Borough Council to provide the necessary information and to discuss details. Meanwhile, the existing allotment tenants can continue to tend their plots as normal on the same terms and conditions. The asset transfer process will need to ensure continuity.
