Wye has several notice boards for community use. Most are free, but those marked ** make a small charge to display posters and items for sale).

The Parish Council has public information notice boards in Upper Bridge Street and Church Street. If there is space to advertise community events the Parish Council will display posters. (preferred size A4 portrait) Shops and private houses will display posters in windows. Some community organisations have their own notice boards e.g. Wye WI and Wye Historical Society to promote their meetings and events.

The notice board in Hinxhill is currently not in use.

Fly posting is illegal and unsightly, and the Parish Council will remove any offending posters from trees, lampposts, street furniture etc.
