Image: Squires, Imperial College left this Edwardian terrace empty for nine years. After a further five years under Telereal Trillium's ownership Squires is still empty and deteriorating. Telereal Trillium obtained full planning permission for change of use to private residential in 2016, but allowed this to lapse. Followed by a new application in 2021. The Parish Council supported the 2016 application as the Neighbourhood Plan enables some residential development on WYE3, and Wye has few two-bed dwellings.
